ATA has put a topic that they are having activities that are aiming for better future of trucking industry by communitacting University students.

ATA says that ” Trucking U”.

“Trucking U is a way for the trucking industry to showcase the unlimited opportunities that exist to college students as they are preparing to launch their careers in this exciting field,”

ATA and trucking company owners are together with trying to empower young generations and young business readers for trucking indusries.

A Sponsor is saying that
“This program is essential to highlight the trucking industry to the next generation of leaders”

Students from 18 universities were attending with this project.

One of students said that “This program has offered me invaluable insights into the trucking industry, allowing me to engage directly with professionals and understand the dynamic culture we are all a part of”

It seems from her words, that she believes she would be a professionals or expert of this industy.

And some other kind of PJ is now going on by maybe volunteer based people who are trying to empower this industy, mostly by trucking company owners with tremendous passion.

NS 物流研究会 are having an oppourtunity with meet students who are trying to encourage trucking industry. That woud be great! I think.

Maybe some business culture would be changed with time “10 yerars” , so students will be “middle managements”　or entrepreneurs within 10 years after that “culture and system ” would be changed.
